I made this into a pillow type ornament. That took 4 hours! Longer than the stitching! A hunter green silk jacquared type material was used as the backing, and 301 seed beads in two colours were used to edge it. The tassle was made with one skein of Six Strands Sweets cotton floss, with a few lengths of DMC and a length of green Kreinik. The embellishing was done with a gold Kreinik and some seed and larger glass beads. The tassle and hanger used 106 seed beads and 7 larger glass beads. |
